Lot 127: A SET OF FIRST DAY STAMPS FROM THE GATHERING OF THE 3 CUNARD QUEENS AT SOUTHAMPTON

This is a set of first day stamps which is always good to own of the recent event in 2018, the gathering of the 3 Cunard Queens at Southampton, UK. Unused and as new and only so many were produced for the event. 

[This was a rare occasion to see all three Queens together with Southampton being the only place in the world to have hosted the three Queens three times. The ships arrived together at dawn on the 1oth August 2018, to begin a day of spectacular celebrations, with an early morning birthday salute that saw the tune of Happy Birthday played by the ships’ whistles sounding out across Southampton Water.]
