From the old vessel the RMS Scythia a silver-plated cigarette case which dates from the 1920’s/30’s. It shows on the front the crest of the vessel and a superb decorative scroll pattern. The item is generally in a good condition and the size of the cigarette case is 3" (9cm) x 2" (6cm)


[The RMS Scythia was a Cunard liner. She sailed on her maiden voyage in 1921, and became a troop and supply ship during the Second World War. Scythia was the longest serving Cunard liner until 4 September 2005, when its record was surpassed by RMS Queen Elizabeth 2.]
