Collection, Deposit & Clearance Terms:

• Collection strictly by appointment only
• A £100 refundable deposit is required prior to accessing the unit
• Deposit refunded upon return of the lock and securing of the unit to the Seller’s satisfaction
• All goods must be fully removed within four (4) working days of the auction ending
• If the Buyer fails to clear the unit in full or elects not to proceed:
  • All monies paid will be forfeited in full
  • The deposit may be retained
  • The Seller reserves the right to re-enter the unit and dispose of contents without further notice
• Any costs associated with clearing, securing, or disposing of the unit may be deducted from monies retained

Legal Basis of Sale:
The Seller relies on rights arising from goods remaining uncollected after a reasonable period and reserves the right to dispose of them accordingly, including by sale.
