You are bidding on the contents of a 20ft clearance container located on Aviation Way, near the airport area. This is not airport-owned stock and is not located inside the airport. The container contains a large mixed quantity of mystery pallets, boxed retail stock, customer returns, surplus goods, water-damaged items and general clearance merchandise.

The container must be cleared and the stock is sold exactly as received. The goods are mixed, unsorted and unchecked, with a wide variety of categories included. Some items are boxed, some are loose, some are palletised and some may have packaging damage or water damage.

A Swiss-made watch has been identified within the stock. This item is included as part of the overall mixed clearance lot and is sold untested, unchecked and without guarantee as to authenticity, condition, value, working order or completeness.

Condition
Mixed condition throughout. Items may be new, returned, used, water-damaged, packaging-damaged, opened, incomplete, faulty, untested, loose, surplus or suitable for spares/repair only. Electrical items are untested and must not be assumed to be working. Any electrical goods must be checked by a qualified person before resale or use.

The stock is mixed and unsorted. Buyers should expect returns, water damage, damaged packaging, missing parts, mixed packaging and untested goods. Cosmetics, personal care items, baby goods, shoes, watches and electrical items must be checked by the buyer before resale or use.

The 20ft container must be cleared. Buyer is responsible for suitable transport, loading, labour, removal arrangements, access checks, equipment and all removal costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Container Ownership
The sale is for the contents of the container unless otherwise confirmed in writing. The container itself is only included if ownership or transfer of the container is confirmed by the seller.
